✦ As an illustrator
I can fully refund if I haven’t started an order.
I can provide free minor adjustments to each finished artwork without scrapping the whole piece. Each large revision will require an additional payment.
I have the right to advertise & display finished commissions for my portfolio and social media. There's an extra fee for a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if I am requested to hide a commissioned work from the public.
I don't support NFT and "Art" AI. Do let me know and report if any commission is displayed and trained on those platforms.
✦ For Clients (Commissioners)
Please request a refund with Paypal, ideally within 180 days, in case I am unable to communicate for more than 30 days due to unfortunate causes.
Commissioned pieces are for personal use only. Unless the clients want to retain full exclusive, commercial rights, please negotiate via e-mail.
Please do not resell, reproduce, profit off personal-use, non-commercial artworks. I will not take any responsibility for legal copyright infringement of original IP owners.
Clients are more than welcome to display commissioned pieces physically and online. Posting low-res watermarked previews is recommended.
Clients have the right to perform CMYK conversion and color adjustments on commission files for printing.

✖ I won’t cover: sexually explicit materials, extreme gore and violence, controversial and political topics, any subject I find uncomfortable to work on.
✔ Partial or artistic nudity is acceptable as long as I find it tasteful without portraying sexual acts and private parts.

• Turnaround time: Please expect a smaller scaled order will be delivered within a month once I begin a project.
• A set deadline or a prioritized order will require an additional cost.
◈
• For one character figure with ready-to-draw reference materials. A character with abundant details, props may require more time and expense to work on.
• A group commission (which includes more than one character) will be tailored to match your budget and scope.
• Extra design work will be charged when a client cannot provide any character’s visual reference or concept image.
